During the uncertain times that we are all currently facing with the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we want to reassure you that the Installers and Surveyors to whom your application for ECO Grant Funding will be allocated, remain focused on the well-being of their employees and customers, and supporting the wider community.

Office-based staff have been provided with the necessary equipment and support to work from home. Your patience and understanding is appreciated and they will endeavour to answer your calls as promptly as possible.

Onsite engineers and surveyors are continuing to carry out their duties and help vulnerable customers throughout the UK gain access to heat and importantly, hot water.

All engineers and surveyors have been provided with the appropriate personal protective equipment, mainly face masks and gloves, to keep the risk of spreading the virus to a minimum.

Customers are also asked to assist by maintaining a distance of at least 2 metres at all times during the survey and installation processes.
